What types of batteries does XINYUEGE manufacture?
XINYUEGE New Energy designs and manufactures custom Li-ion (NMC) and LiFePO4 battery packs for e-bikes, power tools, robots, drones, medical devices and industrial machinery.
Can you build a battery to my specifications?
Yes. We customize voltage, capacity, dimensions, connectors, BMS protection and communication protocols (RS485, CAN, Bluetooth, UART). Submit your requirements and our engineers respond with a solution within 1–3 working days.
Do your battery packs come with certifications?
Yes. Packs are built with UN 38.3 tested cells and CE-compliant design, with RoHS and REACH declarations. We support EU Battery Regulation QR code labelling, battery passport data, and UL/IEC 62133 per project.
What is the typical lead time?
Design and quotation in 1–5 working days, sample production in 2–4 weeks, and mass production in 3–6 weeks depending on quantity and cell availability.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the configuration. Standard packs (for example 48V e-bike replacements) can start from small pilot quantities; fully custom projects with new tooling require a larger first order.
