Everything buyers ask before starting a lithium battery project.
What information do I need to provide for a custom battery quote?
Send your application, nominal voltage, continuous and peak discharge current, target capacity or runtime, maximum dimensions, connector type, required communication protocol and order quantity. With those we can quote without a call.
Which cell brands do you use?
We work with tier-1 cells including Samsung, LG and CATL (e.g. Samsung 50S 21700 for high-current robot packs). Cell selection is confirmed with samples before mass production.
Can you match an existing battery pack design?
Yes. Send us the original pack's voltage, capacity, dimensions and connector — we reverse-engineer the design and rebuild it with new cells and a fresh BMS.
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes, sample production takes 2–4 weeks after design approval. UN 38.3 test reports and compliance documentation are provided with samples where required.
How is the battery shipped, and what about UN 38.3?
Lithium batteries ship via air or sea freight with UN 38.3 test reports, MSDS and proper dangerous-goods packaging. We coordinate documentation so you clear customs without surprises.
Can the BMS communicate with my device?
Yes — RS485, CAN bus, Bluetooth and UART protocols are available, with register tables mapped to your controller or app.
