What services do you provide?
End-to-end battery services: custom pack design, cell selection, BMS hardware and firmware, prototyping, certification support (UN 38.3, CE, IEC 62133), small-batch and mass production, and global logistics.
What is the battery customization process?
1) Send your requirements (application, voltage, capacity, dimensions, connector, quantity). 2) Our engineers reply with a design proposal and quotation within 1–3 working days. 3) Approve the design. 4) Samples are produced in 2–4 weeks. 5) Mass production follows in 3–6 weeks after sample approval.
Can you rebuild an existing battery pack?
Yes. Send photos, dimensions and specifications of your original pack — we reverse-engineer the design and rebuild it with fresh cells and a new BMS, often with better performance and lower cost.
Do you support prototypes and small-batch orders?
Yes. Orders can start from a single sample, and we support small-batch production for pilot runs so you can validate the design before scaling up.
What testing is included before shipment?
Capacity grading, cycle and aging tests, protection circuit checks and charge–discharge performance verification. UN 38.3 test reports are provided where required, and test data can be shared with samples and orders.
Do you handle shipping and dangerous-goods documentation?
Yes. We arrange air or sea freight with UN 38.3 test reports, MSDS and compliant dangerous-goods packaging, and help prepare the import documentation for your destination country.
