This Statement applies to all contents, products of this Website and all cooperation behaviors between us and you; the conclusion, validity, interpretation and performance of this Statement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and shall also strictly follow the relevant intellectual property rights and anti-bribery compliance laws and regulations of the EU and the US.

We will verify the situation immediately and take corresponding measures such as stopping the use of relevant technologies and modifying the product design to avoid causing losses to you. If the infringement is confirmed to be caused by our reasons, we will bear all the corresponding legal liabilities and compensate for the reasonable losses caused to you.
II. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Compliance Commitment
We strictly abide by the anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations of Hong Kong, the EU (such as the EU Anti-Corruption Directive), the US (such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FCPA) and other countries and regions, and firmly resist any form of bribery, corruption and improper benefit transmission behaviors. We solemnly commit to the following:
1. We will not, directly or indirectly, provide, promise, or offer any form of improper benefits (including but not limited to cash, gifts, rebates, kickbacks, entertainment, travel arrangements, etc.) to your staff, agents, or relevant third parties in order to obtain or maintain business cooperation, obtain preferential treatment, or achieve other improper purposes.
2. We will not accept any form of improper benefits provided by you, your staff, agents, or relevant third parties. If our staff accept improper benefits without authorization, we will severely punish them in accordance with internal regulations and pursue their legal liability if necessary.
3. We will strengthen the education and management of internal staff, establish a sound anti-bribery and anti-corruption internal control system, and regularly conduct compliance training to ensure that all staff abide by relevant laws and regulations and this commitment.
If you find that our staff have bribery, corruption or other improper behaviors, or you receive improper requests from our staff, please timely report to us through the contact information provided below. We will keep your report confidential, conduct an investigation in a timely manner, and feedback the investigation results and handling measures to you.
III. Commercial Compliance Commitment
We strictly abide by the relevant commercial laws and regulations of Hong Kong, the EU, the US and other countries and regions, and adhere to the principles of fairness, justice and good faith in all business activities, and shall not engage in any illegal or improper commercial behaviors. The specific commitments are as follows:
1. We will not engage in unfair competition behaviors such as false propaganda, counterfeiting and shoddy products, price dumping, and slandering competitors, and will maintain a fair and orderly market environment.
2. We will strictly abide by the relevant export control laws and regulations of various countries and regions, and will not export products, technologies and services to countries or regions that are subject to export restrictions in accordance with international rules and relevant national regulations.
3. We will truthfully provide product information, technical parameters, certification documents and other relevant materials to you, and will not provide false or forged information to deceive you or obtain improper interests.
4. We will strictly perform the cooperation agreements signed with you, abide by the agreed terms and commitments, and ensure the legitimate rights and interests of both parties in the cooperation process.
IV. Liability for Breach of Compliance Commitment
1. If we violate the intellectual property protection provisions of this Statement, causing intellectual property infringement and losses to you, we will immediately stop the infringement behavior, eliminate the impact, and compensate for all economic losses caused to you (including but not limited to compensation for infringement, legal fees, etc.).
2. If we violate the anti-bribery, anti-corruption or commercial compliance commitments of this Statement, causing losses to you or damaging your interests, we will bear all the corresponding legal liabilities and compensate for the reasonable losses caused to you. At the same time, you have the right to unilaterally terminate the cooperation with us and not bear any liability for breach of contract.
3. If you violate the relevant provisions of this Statement (such as infringing our intellectual property rights, providing improper benefits to our staff, etc.), we have the right to terminate the cooperation unilaterally, pursue your legal liability, and require you to compensate for all economic losses caused to us.
V. Statement Update Instructions
This Intellectual Property & Compliance Commitment Statement will be revised in a timely manner according to the update of relevant laws and regulations, international compliance standards and the needs of our business development. The revised Statement will be posted in a prominent position on this Website and will take effect after 7 working days of publicity.
