I. Product Certification Instructions

1. CE Certification: The products comply with the relevant requirements of EU laws and regulations, can circulate freely in 27 EU member states and EEA countries, and also meet the relevant import product certification requirements of Hong Kong.
2. RoHS Certification: The products strictly restrict the use of harmful substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium and hexavalent chromium. The mercury content is ≤0.0005%, the cadmium content is ≤0.002%, and the content of other harmful substances meets the relevant limit requirements, ensuring that the products are environmentally friendly and compliant, and also meet the relevant harmful substance restriction laws and regulations of the US and the relevant standards of Hong Kong.
3. 4. Recycling Responsibility: We will cooperate with the battery recycling system of EU member states, provide you with relevant information on battery recycling, and assist you in completing the battery recycling work, ensuring the environmental compliance of the whole life cycle of battery products.
III. Export Compliance Commitment
We have established long-term and stable cooperative relations with large distributors/companies in many countries such as the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Japan, Australia and New Zealand, and have rich export experience. We solemnly promise that all exported products comply with the battery import laws and regulations and compliance requirements of the target countries (mainly the EU and the US), and also comply with the relevant laws and regulations on cross-border export of Hong Kong, helping you smoothly complete customs clearance:

IV. Product Safety and Recycling Specifications
A. Product Safety Specifications
To ensure your safe use of our battery products, we clarify the following safety specifications, which we recommend you strictly follow:
1. Usage Specifications: Do not short-circuit, overcharge or over-discharge the battery, do not put the battery into fire or water, do not disassemble the battery at will, and avoid the battery being subjected to severe impact, extrusion and high-temperature exposure.
2. Storage Specifications: The battery should be stored in an environment with a temperature of -10℃~45℃ (long-term storage) and a humidity of 40%-60%, avoiding high-temperature, humid and corrosive environments; when stored for a long time, the battery should maintain 40%-60% of the power.
3. Transportation Specifications: The transportation of batteries should comply with the UN38.3 transportation standards, adopt professional battery transportation packaging, avoid impact and extrusion during transportation, and it is strictly prohibited to mix with flammable and explosive goods for transportation.
B. Battery Recycling Specifications

V. Liability Statement
1. We promise that all products comply with the certification requirements and compliance standards described in this Statement. If the products themselves are non-compliant, leading to losses such as your inability to complete customs clearance, sales obstruction, and being punished by regulatory authorities, we will provide you with corresponding technical support (such as supplementing compliance documents). If the above problems cannot be solved, we will refund the product money you have paid and compensate for the reasonable losses caused to you.
2. If any loss is caused by your failure to use, store and transport the products in accordance with the safety specifications described in this Statement, or failure to sell the products in accordance with the compliance requirements of the target countries (such as the EU and the US), it shall be borne by you yourself, and we shall not bear any liability.
