  • 03Samples built and tested2–4 weeks after design approval, with capacity, aging and protection-circuit test data.
  • 04Mass production & shipping3–6 weeks after sample approval, with UN 38.3 documentation and dangerous-goods packaging.

What information should I prepare to get an accurate quotation?
Application, nominal voltage, continuous and peak discharge current, target capacity or runtime, maximum dimensions, connector type, required communication protocol and order quantity.
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes. Sample production takes 2–4 weeks after design approval, so you can verify quality and performance before committing to volume.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the cell configuration and BMS. Standard packs such as 48V e-bike replacements can start from small pilot quantities — as low as 1–5 units for prototyping — while fully custom projects with new tooling require a larger first order.
What are your payment terms?
Advance payment plus final payment. The advance is generally 60–80% of the order value and is due within 3 working days after the order takes effect; the exact split is set in the order contract.
